I come from a long line of amazing cooks, with deep family roots in Portland and St. Ann, Jamaica, My parents and grandparents first taught me the power of food to bring people together. Today, we carry on that legacy serving traditional Caribbean cuisine with a fresh, personal touch. My grandparents have passed down recipes filled with bold spices, rich flavors, and the kind of love only home-cooked food can give. From jerk chicken and curry goat to fried dumplings and ackee & saltfish, our menu is a tribute to the meals I grew up with.
Our family is a vibrant blend of cultures. I’m Jamaican by heritage, and my husband—an experienced chef with over 20 years in professional kitchens
My husband is English, and together we’re raising five incredible boys in a dual-heritage household. Our kitchen is always full—of food, laughter, and stories from both sides of our family. That blend of cultures is at the heart of our business. We believe food should bring people together, and that’s exactly what we aim to do.
